These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Everathlon fitness and training application (the "Service") provided by Everathlon ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its systems.
• Reproduce, sell, or resell the Service without authorization.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.

Subscriptions and billing

Everathlon offers three paid subscription tiers — Starter, Athlete, and Triathlete Pro — each unlocking different premium features such as file import, AI coaching, and full triathlon programs. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial granting full access. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis through our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; any change takes effect at your next renewal.

Health and fitness information

The Service provides general fitness, training, and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, or weight-loss program. You use the Service at your own risk.

Your content

You retain ownership of the workouts, logs, and other content you submit. You grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or fitness results, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
