Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Everathlon ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Everathlon fitness and training application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information: When you create an account we collect your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive the profile information that provider shares.

Health and fitness data: You may choose to log workouts, weight, heart rate, sleep, nutrition, personal records, and tracked activities. Live GPS tracking records location points during a session you actively start. This data is stored so you can review your progress and is only visible to you unless you choose to share it.

Usage and device data: We collect basic analytics such as the pages you visit and the actions you take, along with limited device information, to improve the Service and diagnose issues.

How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
  • To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
  • To send service-related communications such as account and billing updates.
  • To analyze usage trends and detect, prevent, or address technical issues and abuse.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help operate the Service (such as payment processing and hosting), under contracts that require them to protect your data, or when required by law. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used for analytics and product improvement.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our active systems.

Your choices

You can update your account information, review your logged data, and delete your account from within the app. You control whether location services are used for live tracking, and you can revoke browser or device permissions at any time through your device settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here and update the "last updated" date above. We encourage you to review it periodically.
